About product delivery and shipping
・Delivery Items that are in stock will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days after the order is confirmed.
Since the shipping time of each product is different for made-to-order products, please check the details page of each product.
- If you purchase multiple items, there may be split deliveries. In addition, it may be shipped all at once according to the products whose shipping time is late. Please note.
- When shipping preparations are complete, we will send a shipping notification to your registered email address.
- Depending on the delivery area, it will arrive in 2-3 days after delivery is completed. (In the case of remote islands, it may take 3 to 4 days.)
- The delivery date may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or traffic conditions. Please note.
- We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, Obon, year-end and New Year holidays, etc., and will be shipped after the next business day.
- We do not accept stop-off deliveries.
- It is not possible to send to multiple addresses in one order. Please place separate orders for each delivery address.

A shipping fee of 1,200 yen will be charged for each order.
We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
- For returns or exchanges due to initial defects, please contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days after the product arrives, clearly indicating the details of the defect.
- After confirming the details of the problem, we will guide you on how to return the product. In addition, we will bear the shipping fee when returning.
- Please refrain from returning only the product without contacting us in advance. Please note that returns will not be accepted in this case.
- We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return, so please return it in sufficient packaging.
- Please keep the delivery receipt at the time of return as it will serve as a proof of receipt of the return.
- Refunds, returns, and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases.
- Product used
- Items that have been scratched or soiled by the customer
- If any of the products (including the outer box, accessories, and enclosed items) are missing
- If there is no contact regarding the initial defect after 7 days have passed since the product arrived.
- Other products that clearly state that they cannot be returned on the product introduction page.
- In the case of a refund, we will process the refund to the card number and payment account used for the purchase.
- Once the payment is confirmed, the credit card company will be billed and debited once, but after that, the cancellation amount will be refunded to the customer's card account according to the corresponding schedule of each credit company.
